I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. Being licensed means that I have completed the state requirements for education, supervision hours, knowledge and experience in mental health counseling.
After becoming licensed, I worked for mental health agencies for a number of years and then started my private practice in 2003, where I have been working with adults and couples with a diverse range of issues ever since. As a result, I believe I bring a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience to my work to help people make successful changes in their lives.

I received my master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Denver and my bachelor's degree in psychology from West Virginia University. I have been licensed by the state of Colorado as a mental health therapist since 1996.
