Life presents us with many challenges. Sometimes, these challenges can seriously disrupt our lives, cause us to question or doubt our direction and our choices, or feel paralyzing. It's not easy to know where to look when you feel confused, anxious, sad, or out of sorts. A critical first step is looking for a therapist and exploring websites to get more information.


Working with a counselor has many benefits. It can propel you to make positive changes in your life. It can enable you to find strength, clarity, or hope when you most need it. It can help you to recognize when it's time to do something different. In counseling, you can explore ways to facilitate changes by considering new perspectives, identifying patterns of behavior that no longer work for you, developing new skills, and utilizing your strengths.  I hope to be able to work with you in this capacity.


It's important to find a therapist who feels like a good fit for you.
